This was one of the best hotels that I ever stayed in. Fantastic!! Absolutely nothing negative to say. Stay in this Hotel!! Location 10/10, service great, everything new, great breakfast (get it included through bookings.com or similar cause it's a bit expensive otherwise). We got a great deal through air berlin and minoli.

Decor looks tacky in pictures, but it really isn't, it's actually really cool. Everything is really new, and very clean. This hotel is better than any 5star that I have stayed in, including Park Lane Hilton in London.

Just read the reviews from this hotel, any negatives are very minor things, or just stupid. I also noticed that many of the negatives were not true when we stayed there, meaning that they read them, and do something about them. What more could you ask for?!! These guys are really trying hard, thankyou ARCOTEL, we will definately recommend you to anyone going to Berlin. Overall, 11/10.

My wife thought the toilet paper was a bit cheap, but who cares!
